We provide fun classes with quality instruction and breakdown to improve your enjoyment and confidence on the dancefloor.

Classes cater for all levels and a free club at the end of the class gives you time to practice and meet new dancers and friends

Classes for those wanting to learn how to social dance well.  Latin dances are hugely popular world wide. Salsa & Bachata are our first loves, but we also teach Cha-Cha and Ballroom.

CARDIO SALSA

A great way to move, stay fit and  get healthy while listening to energetic music and having fun.  We start off with simple moves and increase the speed until we're working up a sweat and getting the heart pumping.  No partner needed, this is a solo mission to improve your own fitness.

WEDDINGS

We offer private lessons for the bride and groom to get you ready for your first dance.  Father of the bride lessons.  Wedding party group lessons, and fun options for your wedding reception.   Have a look at our Weddings Page for more details 

We do corporate Team building events where we use music and movement to build trust and positivity within your group.  We get you working outside your typical environment and comfort zone in a way that gets you thinking outside your usual box.  Email us for more details or with any questions.
